Website content & structure brief
Collect sitemap intent, brand voice, audience, and key page copy from clients in one structured request, ready to clone into your workspace.
What this template is for
Before design or dev kicks off, you need decisions and words in one place: who the site is for, what pages exist, and what each page must accomplish. This brief turns that into a checklist your client can complete without a meeting for every paragraph.
When to use it
- New website or major redesign engagements.
- Marketing site projects where the client owns copy but you need structure.
- Copywriter handoffs: export the completed request as your source of truth.
Tips
- Trim sections that do not apply (e.g. e-commerce) after cloning, or maintain vertical-specific variants.
